What is Wozer and removal instructions

Wozer is an Internet worm. It spreads through IRC channels and in local area networks. It also was designed to spread by e-mail, but due to mistakes in its code it cannot infect outgoing messages. The worm installs itself to the system, changes mIRC chat client's settings and tries to place infected files on remote shared disks.
