Adstation is a typical adware program that displays undesirable pop-ups containing commercial advertisements. It also monitors user activity in the Internet. Adstation doesn't spread by itself and has to be manually installed. However, the adware tries to hide from the user. It is able to update itself via the Internet. Adstation manual removal:Kill processes:adstation.exe Delete registry values: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ADNCommunication\AdStation Delete files: adstation.exe, adshook.dll Delete directories: C:\Windows\System\adstation C:\Windows\System32\adstation C:\Winnt\System32\adstation Misc: The affected system contains only one of listed directories. Actual location of the adstation folder depends on your Windows version. All adware files can be found in this folder.
